How to connect Facebook Pixel

To track purchases from Arrow as conversions on Facebook Ads Manager, you need to connect your Pixel ID and provide an API secret key (access token) for Arrow to send data through the Conversions API. Conversions for purchases made after the connection may take several hours to reflect.

1. Log in to your Merchant Dashboard and click 'Analytics'

2. From Facebook Ads Manager, find the Pixel ID used for your store and enter it in 'Pixel ID'

3. From Facebook Ads Manager, generate an API access token and enter it in 'API Access Token'

How to connect Google Analytics

Effect of Arrow Checkout on Shopify Analytics

Because Arrow replaces Shopify's native checkout, Shopify does not record the number of shoppers who reach Arrow's checkout page.

After Arrow takes over your Shopify store's checkout, these are the effects of Shopify Analytics:

  • Sessions = No effect

  • Add to cart = No effect

  • Reached checkout = Number reached Shopify checkout - Number reached Arrow checkout

  • Total orders = Number of orders from Shopify checkout + Number of orders from Arrow checkout

To understand how many shoppers reached checkout and purchased as a conversion rate over total sessions, connect your store's Google Analytics 4 property to Arrow. Events from users who check out with Arrow will be tracked on Google Analytics 4.

Even if your store does not use Shopify, you can still connect your store's Google Analytics 4 property to Arrow.

1. Log in to your Merchant Dashboard and click 'Analytics'

2. From Google Analytics, copy the Google Analytics 4 property measurement ID used for your store and enter it in 'Measurement ID'

3. Copy or generate an API secret and enter it in 'API Secret'

On GA 4, Arrow will track these events:

  • begin_checkout
  • add_payment_info
  • purchase

Events may take several hours to reflect on your Google Analytics reports after the connection is made.
