View orders
1: Go to 'Orders' > Click 'Select date > Click 'Filter' to show checkouts in your selected filter
2: Click 'Update Payment Status' to mark a manual bank transfer order as paid
3: Arrow's system will change the order status to paid on Shopify
Important
If you change order status on Shopify, Arrow will automatically cancel the order after your set payment expiry period. Make sure you mark manual bank transfer orders paid on Arrow's dashboard.
